iOS users: browser and home-screen access
iOS does not allow third-party app stores, so we provide meriah as a web app. Open Safari, visit meriah.net, and add the site to your home screen. This creates an icon that launches meriah in full-screen mode, giving you an app-like experience without needing to download from the App Store. The process takes under a minute and works on iOS 12 and above.
To add meriah to your iOS home screen: open Safari, tap the Share button, scroll down, and select "Add to Home Screen." Name it "meriah" and tap Add. Troubleshooting common installation issues
If the Android APK won't install, check that unknown sources are enabled in your security settings. If you see a certificate warning, this is normal for direct APK downloads—tap "Install anyway" to proceed. If the app crashes on launch, try clearing your phone's cache (Settings → Apps → meriah → Storage → Clear Cache) and restarting the app. For iOS, if the home-screen shortcut doesn't work, delete it and re-add it using Safari's Share menu. If meriah loads slowly, check your internet connection and try closing other apps to free up memory.
Data, permissions, and account security on meriah
The meriah app requests permission to access your device's internet connection, storage (for caching), and notifications. We use these permissions only to deliver the service: internet for account login and transactions, storage for offline game data, and notifications for match alerts and account updates. We never access your contacts, camera, or location without explicit permission, and we don't share your data with third parties. Your account is protected by encryption, and all payment transactions use secure channels. When you log out or uninstall the app, your cached data remains on your device until you clear it manually—we don't retain it on our servers.
